There is nothing to like at eSoft whether at Lucknow or Mumbai, it is a worst company to work for. Management and even Owner of the Company is such an awful person that you must not work for. There is no leader at this company, all are just pathetic dictators. No leadership skills at all at Management level.

this is a work-from-home job so there is flexibility in work hours.

there are no new projects or challenges to work on. the work was monotonous and repetitive. plus there is no one to guide the employee.

It is a data entry company which give us a target base entry in daily basis.i have done 1 year as a data entry operator . over all I will say that this is a average company.i will give them 2 star.thnks 🌟 🌟
