...ask for promotion they will ask what you have done. And threatens you to fire. Every time employee ask for Salary hike after working for 1 year or more, management says you are living with your family what you will do with so much salary.

Their is nothing to like about Esgauge. It's nothing more than a what we call "baniya ki dukan". The only thing to like about the company is that they provide free Mid Day Meal... LOL.

1. No work culture 2. As a appraisal you only get fixed 10-15% growth, no matter how good your work is. 3. They even don't have HR in their company, owner is so miser that he himself preforms all the HR activity to save some penny. Imagine a company with no proper management system. Its more like a horse without rein. 4. No growth at all. 5. Leeches are better compared to the owner of Esgauge

There is no good thing about this company it has its very own rules and regulations which it follows keeping the benefits of the employees at zero and does not provide a good atmosphere

1- They make you sign a bond and if you refuse to do so they threaten to terminate you 2- Management has no way of properly treating the employee 3- They make you sign a bond at every appraisal otherwise they do not give you appraisal 4-They treat you as bonded laborer and if you want to leave they will make your life worse than hell
