Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The leave policy and the medical health insurance of Esg book India is outstanding along with many other policies. The management has recently initiated really bright learning and development programs for every employee. The timings and work hours are very flexible. The flexibi

Too much of micro management within the team by the Team Leaders affecting the Data Productivity. Apraisal and Promotional cycle needs to get better. Very high attrition rate. No strategic methods being applied to retain the potential employees by the Management.
