Too much of micro management within the team by the Team Leaders affecting the Data Productivity. Apraisal and Promotional cycle needs to get better. Very high attrition rate. No strategic methods being applied to retain the potential employees by the Management.

I would say a great workplace. One such company ever come across have a good culture with lot of fun filled activities. The HR policies are good and driven by learning & development
