...you'll see an ego meltdown that's far more destructive than any server crash. 5.No Respect for Women: Women in a technical support get a special package: no respect, zero support, and a requirement to butter their way up the ladder. Truly empowering, right? 6.No Job security: Think you're doing well? Don't get comfortable. A PIP (Performance improvement plan) can show up anytime, even if you've been working hard. It's like walking on eggshells-constantly. (Note: this PIP is not a performance improvement plan. company just want cost cutting) Imagine your team successfully completing a big migration project after weeks of hard work. Guess what? The rewards and recognition won't go to the team but the person with best buttering skills. It's masterclass in unfairness!!!!!!!!

in terms of training and skill development ESDS is very good. They provides different certification every month. Celebrates all the festivals in office

Dislikes

Everything is awesome here, except over time allowance is not given also sometime need to work on weekends and holidays that too without any additional pay. Usually 9 hours shift but takes 11-12 hrs that too without any extra pay.

no work life balance no competition only dog work within esds,they pressurised there employees,They Decreased salary from 2.5 to 2 lack per annum.

Honestly This is not a good place to work,esds is just a family business,No work life balance,The good thing about esds is they provide good meal

There is lots of scope learning and development. Also great place to work. The CEO of ESDS Mr. Piyush Somani has a very good nature and he includes happily with all the employee. Occasionally company trips are also taken to various picnic historical spots and forts. Mr. Piyush Somani happily participates in all those trips and takes good care of all the employees.

Dislikes

Increase in salary is very less. Employee are promoted to very late.
