I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. The company is opern to innovation latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high- quality products.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-16 hours straight.

It's my pleasure i'm working in ESDEE. My MD Mr. OP dawar is very nice and big heart person. All over staffs is very good and Excellent team works.

Dislikes

Top management selection is poor, according to me. Company do not worry about this matter , I think something wrong here.

This is the Volvo CE dealer of entire Rajasthan. This company owner is very nice person. The company is open and readily adopt latest technology. Work environment is very nice and peaceful.

Dislikes

Some manager is not qualify for their Job. I think junior is better then. Top management must be think about it.
