The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They provide canteen facilities at subsidised rate for trainees. Free uniform and safety shoes.

Dislikes

Bad company for trainees no basic salary, no increment, they give salary to diploma holders only 12000rs. and no benefits. Company says that there is 8 working hours. there is fixed time to come but not for going. In this company trainees are are doing job 10-12hrs in 12000rs. Only upper level managements are taking perks and benefits. No job security in this company.
