Excellent compensation and job security, great exposure- scope for international travel, learning opportunity- exhaustive training and development program, good projects and clients, supportive leadership (Director/PM), good annual increments and career path development opportunities, flexible work hours and remote work

Dislikes

Long work hours during certain project phases, no joining/ annual gifts/ goodies shared by the company (although company provides gift cards/ vouchers on Diwali).

Likes

Good worklife balance, decent salary and security.

Dislikes

Weak networking due to remote working Only school level trainings are provided for skills development Insighting part is only done by onshore team which is a critical pillar of consumer insights

Good pay, good clients and projects, great training program- very helpful for both freshers and professionals, permanent work from home

Dislikes

No work life balance, poor leave policy and less leave days (24 days in a year, 2 leaves get credited every month- what a joke!)

I have been working with the organization for the past year, and it has been great. Working from home, decent pay, and good work-life balance are all a person needs.

Dislikes

I don't particularly enjoy the monthly meet-ups. While it's understandable to consider skipping them, I believe they shouldn't be overlooked, as it's just one day.

Nothing in particular. As months are passing by tend to dislike more and more.

Dislikes

Bad work culture and no work life balance. Talent is not recognized and you have to beg to go on calls with seniors and beg for a deserving promotion. Favoritism is at its peak.
