I like nothing about working at Escale Innovative Solutions.

Dislikes

...ere. Neither the HR is good nor the head management. Work life is not good here. They never pay your salary on time, every time, they delay your salary for two to three months giving false reason while paying your salary. They only want their work to be done at any cost whether you have to do overtime after the working hours. If you ask for salary multiple times, they will terminate you. They always hire interns and terminate their old employees giving false reasons to make you leave, else they will stop your salary for two to three months. That's what their policy is. Still, they have not cleared the salary of their old employees. You can message and ask any of their old employees about how the company treated us and also about how bad the company is.

Colleagues were very nice and supportive.

Dislikes

Worst company . They never paid out salary on time and at the last time they didn't give my 2 months salary excluding notice period month. Company management is sucks, owner, HR, accountant and all other managers behaviour were toxic. And they terminate the employees so that he doesn't have to pay salary.

There is nothing to like anything about this company.

Dislikes

Salary is never given on time instead its delayed by two months. I had worst experience ever. They haven't even given Provident Fund to many employees. I wouldn't suggest this company to my enemies also. This company is a Fraud. They hire employees and whenever that employee will resign, their attitude towards that employee will get totally changed. They always make fool of their clients. They are very money-minded organisation. Everyone Beware of this fraud company.

Worsr company in my life i worked. There is nothing to like anything about this company. No cafeteria , no tech lead , no project manager . I had a Evey bad experience here.
