I like nothing about working at Escale Innovative Solutions.

Dislikes

Lots of politics here. Neither the HR is good nor the head management. Work life is not good here. They never pay your salary on time, every time, they delay your salary for two to three months giving false reason while paying your salary. They only want their work to be done at any cost whether you have to do overtime after the working hours. If you ask for salary multiple times, they will terminate you. They always hire interns and terminate their old employees giving false reasons to make you leave, else they will stop your salary for two to three months. That's what their policy is. Still, they have not cleared the salary of their old employees. You can message and ask any of their old employees about how the company treated us and also about how bad the company is....Read More

Everything...No professional workers, No salary on time, No work-life balance, Owner doesn't even care about employees, Project doesn't complete on time, they are basically a fraud company and fraud owner.
