One aspect I find challenging at Eros elevators is that some of the processes are quite slow and outdated, which can affect efficiency. It often feels like employees are following the same routine every day without much room for innovation or improvement.

Eros is good company to start career in elevator industry.many things you can learn here.though you are hired for particular position but you can work for other role also that gives u another level of experience which helps you in future.

I will suggest do not stay there for long time .learn and switch . engineering department is not stable here .don't join sky zone team .the hod of sky zone is not good for organisation.here you will get promoted depends on your chatu talent .
