I worked as Senior Executive Design at ERO Power LLP. During my time there, I encountered several unprofessional practices, including [specific incidents, e.g., favoritism, lack of transparency, or micromanagement]. These issues created a toxic work environment and negatively impacted employee morale and productivity. The company has been targeting former employees in a manner that feels vindictive. The management also harasses employees over their holiday requests, creating unnecessary stress. The Head of Department (HOD) was consistently rude and dismissive, further exacerbating the negative atmosphere. The HOD was more concerned with English classes for a draftsman than addressing more pressing issues. Even employees from Panchshil are not satisfied with the company's practices. I hope the company addresses these concerns to create a more supportive and professional workplace I strongly advise candidates/employees to reconsider joining this company until it takes meaningful steps to improve its work culture.
