Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. the company is open to innovation adopts latest technology. i love thae fact that i am apart of team that electric line survey like transmission and distribution line survey and propose. Segregate tea estate feeder from rural feeder. propose substation and ring mein system in power distribution. As a result i get travel abroad, especially to the guwahati and dibrugarh.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night. Floor manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to back my suggestion most of the times.
