Job security is pretty decent. Also, if you are working in Software Development, there is much you can learn.

Compensation and benefits are very limited. Also you may go to a team where you will work a lot more than you are paid. Whatever you learn, this type of behavior from the management eats into your job satisfaction. The growth opportunities are also pretty limited as Ericsson is not a proper Software Development company. Benefits provided by the company is also much more limited compared to many other MNCs.

The company culture is the strongest part of Ericsson. The people are supportive and always ready to help. Work life balance is good. The company is very employee friendly.

Salary for GETs should be improved. Their appraisal should be seperate from that of the rest of the employees. Career growth for them should be an active undertaking.

Payout and other compensation are not as per industry standards for fresher. For experienced professional they will normalize the payout annually.
