Ericsson work culture is very good. If you like professionalism at your office then do select locations like Bangalore,Delhi and Chennai because at Kolkata location none adhere this part.

It's a great place to work. The work environment and work culture is really good. The seniors are always helpful and share their knowledge. A very good place to learn and grow.

It's hard to dislike anything about Ericsson but now I think the only issue is the variable pay which the company isn't paying for the last few years.

The work culture is really good , tremendous help would be given to you for completion of your project or task, people are mostly good. Managers are supportive and work hours are flexible and no one will ask you anything or disturb you if the project you are handling goes smooth.

The pay is not that good unless you join in from a different organisation .

Great place to work Salary gets credited on 25th of each month, 1 day prior in case of Holidays. Reimbursement of mobile and wifi bills

Technology used in projects are outdated, They should be migrated.

Work-Life Balance is very good. You will have good skill learning but salary and compensation is not good. Its just ok. For fresher, its a good company to start with but not from salary point of view.

Salary/appraisal is not good.Growth is very slow.
