Nothing in particular except the pay hikes they offer to the existing employees, they hire lesser experienced outsiders with more pay but nothing much for existing employees

Work culture, Technology, Peer-to-Peer support, get to work in some of the biggest projects in the world, will get to handle different roles and capacities which will increase knowledge base (you will be very much appreciated in the next company you join if you have worked hard in Ericsson as your skill set will be good)

Dislikes

Low salary increments, didn't give STV payouts for multiple years even after profit of our division (they clubbed our division with a loss making one so as to justify 0 payouts), no promotion even after relatively long terms in the company (they just increment salary and say what's in the position? You are getting salary equivalent to senior position as per market), not much appreciation even after you work very long hours continuously for long periods (although it may differ from team to team), can make you really comfortable in the Ericsson style life which can lead to you not switching companies on time and missing out on great CTC increases early in career (can become tough to get out of comfort zone for some people).

Likes

The company culture is very good. We have a good work life balance. The managers and colleagues are very friendly and helpful. The work environment is also good.

Dislikes

Compensation and salary is decent. But after some time there is not much to learn and the work becomes a little repetitive and boring. Not many trainings are there for upcoming trends.

Ericsson is my MNC, I am working here in PMO pool. I feel to great with Ericsson. It provides you cab for both side, balance work life, nice ambience and training before enengaged any projects.

Dislikes

Maybe some people get great package but I had joined at low package but I am performing very well my boss give me just few appreciation points and reward but in case of increment he just give hardly 5-8% this is extremely low.
