Innovative environment & adaptability of new new technology is very famous here. Being the part of organisation is a dream which comes true for the millions of people. It has high quality products which has influence in global markets. There is huge chances for those candidates who work of foreign projects to travel there. Mine is Kolkata West Bengal India based Client. I like the employee rehire policy here.

The situation for off role engineers is not so good in terms of leave & salary. We have to directly communicate with customer & they call us & we need to face meetings with them although we don't have other rights. There is one good thing Ericsson let us work on its tools which is vital for the growth.

...gers are pathetic, plus management don’t help anyone. Working from last 2 years. Company is closed on Saturday’s but they take work from us and didn’t pay any single penny. No appraisal, plus no work satisfaction as managers only have negative comments on your work. Overall not a good place to work.

... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.
