Dislikes

... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.

it is a great place to work with comfort. It gives you an additional sum for nights, evenings, and holidays. It provides security to your Job i.e. 99% of your job is safe. It provides a lot of learning platforms hence you enhance your skills. overall, you can get a good experience.

You will not get promotion and appraisal till than your manager wants. Here 200% partiality is going on they will promote and give appraisal to those people who are always in favour of manager. Ex:- If manager is of punjab or hariyana side, he wil promote that side's people only. 2-3 team leaders will be in between employee and manager. That team leads will ask you to do their work and show that to manger they have done their work.

Managers can easily bypass company policy as their needs. No work life balance. Need work on holidays also, no benefit for working overtime or on weekends or holidays. No growth pros
