You will not get promotion and appraisal till than your manager wants. Here 200% partiality is going on they will promote and give appraisal to those people who are always in favour of manager. Ex:- If manager is of punjab or hariyana side, he wil promote that side's people only. 2-3 team leaders will be in between employee and manager. That team leads will ask you to do their work and show that to manger they have done their work.

The management is worst, they ask you to upskill in completely different techniques and after you do so, they won't even arrange interview for the field.

No career growth. Not proper management, salary compansation is quite bad. No reward for working hard.

...verwhelmingly supportive managers and team (though this varies with project). Expect good compensation, they have a nice CTC and salary breakup. Your work ex here is definitely going to open you up as a person, and help you in exploring a lot.

Dislikes

Depending upon your domain, you might get assigned into a few projects that have very poor work-life balance. At times, you'll be pressurised a lot to deliver. If you're unlucky in your buisness unit assignment, you might end up in some of the bad ones, with even worse bosses.

No hike, so salary increment, even though you will be working in the company for 10, 12 hrs they will hardly give you 10-12% hike and there are many old people who have been working for 15 20 years, they are literally sitting and doing nothing but getting paid
