I would like to tell you about the Job Security that is excellent. During COVID 19 Situation Ericsson Provides many benefits like : Work from home, Furniture, Broadband, Inverter, Computer monitors, Printers and other devices.

There are some salary hike which are mostly in single digit. Also the other one is CTC which includes : Variable pay, Employee PF and Employer PF. while in other company Variable pay and Employer PF are not the part of CTC and treat as extra benefits.

Good compensation for language experts however since it’s a tech based company of your projects gets ramped down , might get difficult to find another option .. although senior management tries to find an option for u

As payroll,no one take care for us. For working in Ericsson since 2 years,present scenario is change telecom domain.

... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.
