Managers can easily bypass company policy as their needs. No work life balance. Need work on holidays also, no benefit for working overtime or on weekends or holidays. No growth pros

Ericsson is very strong in terms of its value and ethics. Leader in global service provider of Information and telecommunication services. Provide opportunities to new and young minds. Company have strong core values. Work life balance is good. Job security is also good.
