... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.
it is a great place to work with comfort. It gives you an additional sum for nights, evenings, and holidays. It provides security to your Job i.e. 99% of your job is safe. It provides a lot of learning platforms hence you enhance your skills. overall, you can get a good experience.
Managers can easily bypass company policy as their needs.
