.From CEO to Managers all are third class mentality people. i suffered almost 1yr in this company. Salomi is worst employee in this office, not allowing other to work. She keep on reporting about other employee to manger to earn benifts from manager. she is criminal attitude and worst in work also. i dont know how she is serviving here. Few manager support her because she is tamil speaking even she is waste at work.tamil gang is strong in this office. My experince in this office is very worst , i made only three four good friends.

Salomi is simply paid huge salary even she is not working.Mangers has to look into this.She came to office to do time pass with few waste people.

...ially in vc team. 5.Same is told to hr still it’s going on.pls avoid this.. 6. Our cake cutting also need to call ppl many times, even employees are having no ethics towards coworkers leaving the company. All badmash ppl .

Dislikes

1.EM behaves like a Boss , becoz of him so many good resource left the organisation. Almost 10 ppl left from team.Management should look into this and need to punish him. 2. Pls ask feedback from ladies in the team, they will tell his stories inside and outside office. 3.Good PM also left, That kind of pressure is given and he make the ppl incapable even they are good.she was telling daily to us how he making her like hell and made her to leave the company. 4. Now he got promotion and more power and ppl are afraid that he will take action against them. Gaurav sir pls avoid this , else more ppl will leave the company. 5.He do promote and likes only Kerala and south ppl. He hates north ppl.Give extraa load to us. 6.His all stories is known to everyone in office but still no action is taken .He can do anything outside the office not inside office.One HR also took information abt this with us. But again no action.This needs to resolve else again his target ppl leaves the company. 7.He don’t have ethics to wish and say good bye to team member leaving the company.such arrogant person never seen. 8.our team is wasting money in bringing cake for all the team members who left the company. We did in our own expenses. I don’t know still how much need to spend for on going ppl becoz of this person.

Every senior in this company treats the juniors like family and supports them.

Dislikes

This company is good in every way, but as far as we feel, it is about quality. Operation/quality in this company should get a warehouse. Only then will the quality be right. The better the quality, the greater will be the company's profits and the company will reach heights.

The only thing I was liking about the Ergos was they were giving home location to most of the employees.

Dislikes

1. No proper communication to the subordinate for any work. 2. No SOP for the business activity, 3. During Peak business period there was daily basis so many changes on daily basis which leads to panic situation to the team. 4. No capacity building for employee.

Once leaders like Umesh, Gaurav, Shankari, Nithin went, There is nothing to like here

Dislikes

1. Person called Rakesh so called EM who got de-promoted recently will torcher everyone especially girls as per his intension, he does not have domain knowledge, does not have a idea how to deliver the projects and does not know anything about how project time line works , because of his poor mentality and decision even the good employees left. I don't know why management still keeping him in the office because he have the highest capability to drown the entire business and he is psycho. 2. As for Rageeth who is a product manager , who is very capable of bringing up the product and business success but unfortunately wasting his talent being with Rakesh. I hope rageeth follow his own path and be a reason for every employee and company success.
