New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...r experience on that company but I not gain anyfinancial and commercial growths. And also during leaving your job you are face lot's of difficulty they don't provide any experience letter salary's slip. And one important thing they take our original documents and create bound for 2 to 3 years and employees doesn't leave company. I am very bad and painful experience on that company. I have learned lot of things that why I am working on about 2 year. Now facing issues in remove my documents from their.

...ople is there. Working time is more than 14 hr and they don't pay any allowance. Salary is 10 k for Freshers. And after 1.5 ye they hike 2k.

Little hectic schedule for fresher, you can learn so much on floor. Working staff is very helpful. If you wait till 7pm complementry nashta you get.

Work Schedule is not fixed sometimes you have to wait till midnight or evening. If you love hustle culture you will survive.

Only good for freshers. Opportunity to visit and learn many new things regarding automobile and automation. Created new contacts with managerial team of MNC automobile companies.

Dislikes

Worst work life balance, terrible work pressure, minimum of 10+ working hours daily, needs to travel in city on your personal bike for around 100 to 150 kms in a day. Although they give the petrol allowance but it is not matching the current fuel rates plus the maintenance cost and physical stress. A huge level of politics at management level. Mostly no week offs. You'll hardly get 1 or 2 sunday off in a month, rest all days are working. Sundays are to be worked without any additional perday or allowances. No proper record of holidays and leaves.

Skill and development even mostly donkeys work now concept just you get chance to modify old design. Good for fresher

Working hours very bad 9 am to 10pm some time 12 pm. More than 12 hr No job security. Heartless management. They promises lot of thing during joining after that just nitghtmare. Mostly sunday working no weekly off. This all thing specially for design person Project completion pressure even its not possible
