...mpany is the big ambition and the transparent attitude of the management team. Yes, the offered salary was not the primary reason. Here, the rapid growth was evident. The company shifted from temporary premises to Hiranandani Powai; one of the top class locations in mumbai, continuous growth in employee count, as on date we are 400+ and it's continuously growing. Currently, office space is not sufficient for the growing employees, a new premises has been acquired. Culture - High class GCC (global capability centre culture), company put a lot of effort to maintain the good culture. Work from office, with the office being brightly coloured which helps in daily growing company, regular classroom training and session for skill development . Working closely with the German and Poland team, them being our colleagues. Irrespective of position, many people are getting the chance to travel to Germany and Poland for various work related reason. Company Financial /performance - There is no worry on business demands as we support the parents company which are giant in Europe insurance business. Growth is not only in employee count but also getting more and more work from the parents company ERGO Group AG and Munich Re. The company has a very strong support from the parents company, no concern on layoffs or failure in business. Management team - true leaders, open door policy, open to suggestions and quick implementation, support and guide everyone, funds are wisely used, company is in the right hands. Colleagues and Employees - high in standard, company hire the employee with the right attitude, ethics and discipline; Young and dynamic employees Salary - it's best in market, credit before month end. Variable Bonus - on time, mostly everyone was happy with the last bonus in April 2023. We are confident the good bonus will repeat in April 2024. Work & Quality - processes are improving day by day, work load is between less-moderate, highly qualified staff with niche skill, supporting many critical applications and system. In general, no work on Saturday & Sunday. Office facilities - top class interior design, positive vibes, vibrant colour everywhere, greenery, lots of art work, open coffee space, sitting area, game zone, walking track, huge parking space mountain views, big lobby and garden, Water fall view in monsoon, canteen with large menu, good food quality and service at reasonable price and they accept Sodexo. Trust me, you will not call Zomato. I feel energy in the office and in this Hiranandani area which is surrounded by natural beauty i.e. hills, trees, garden, and birds.

...ed on, lot of work experience people's stuck by joining this worst organisation. I will recommend experience folks don't look at salary but think about the technology which u have worked on because here there is no productive work .

Appraisals are good. Even during the time of joining they give a pretty hefty package.

1. This company is good for people who live in nearby location. For people who live far away from the office location they’ll find that they are stuck in a constant cycle of hectic living. 2. People working over here should be extra careful about their health because if something happens to you, you’ll have to use up the leaves with no guarantee of wfh. So you cant afford to fall ill or injure yourself during your tenure in this workplace. 3. Discrimination at its best. If you are close to your manager, discussing unwanted personal details among yourselves then they’ll favour all your unprofessional behaviours. 4. They do everything to make you feel that the management is friendly but being actually employee friendly 5. Half of the office doesn’t even have proper fulfilling tasks or work to do that can help them grow in their role

"It's disheartening that only favorite employees receive appraisals, regardless of their performance, while others are undervalued. We are often told that we lack skills, only to be assigned extra tasks and subjected to additional few days sessions, seemingly just to prove that we are incompetent."

...ine and travel opportunities to travel Germany and Poland for the transition. -Very Good salary as per industry standards with 100% Variable and Long term bonus (LTB). -Regular connection with German colleagues and polish. -Basic German Language session are provided. -In-Depth training on Insurance domain. -AWS training provided by Amazon. -Lots of cultural events happens to promote culture. -SAP TechEd 203 sessions to enhance innovation and learn technology trends as part of sap. -various SAP niche skill education ( SAP CFM, SAP CML, SAP FSCD, SAP PaPm, SAP ICM.

Dislikes

Currently due to new setup in India, Work from Office is appreciated. In future Hybrid to be considered.
