Directors are very supportive for employees personal emergencies.

Dislikes

Decision making is very poor. Only motivating employees for there future in company but reality is very different. Not following any standard procedures doing whatever they want.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily latest technology. I love fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, and has a global client base. I get to travel overall in India, But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and the client's location. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime s late into the night.

Likes

It was my first company as an employee. It was an on site job so travelling was a must thing. Coordination and teamwork should be there to achieve the task so it depends on individual and the circumstances if the satisfaction is getting or not.

This is telecom company so mostly field work....Office work chances so less .. others wise everything its okay.
