Every employee working for an rm should have the same salary. I work at Equitas Bank without any prior experience, but we do the work that experienced people do. Why do salaries differ for people doing the same job?

...nvironment in some branches are very bad where you can’t even survive for a day. I personally experience there is no appraisal even after rating not getting good bonus on diwali.
