No proper parking No personal life balance Should give pay for working on holiday internal job posting should be opened to everyone as sometimes due to experience eligibility we lose the opportunity

No respect for female employee from Senior officials only...Some of senior female officials making torture in the form of unparliamentary word to male staff.Very worst behaviour of senior officials.

I recently joined here and I'm currently at the head office. It's truly commendable that the banks offer free lunch and snacks to their staff. That's no small feat! The commitment to corporate social responsibility at 5% is also highly valued. I'm really enjoying my time here!

...ve the bank could consider standardizing salaries in based upon to market value. Currently, the alignment of designation, experience, and salary seems off. If you could take a look at this, I would appreciate it.

...anagement is very bad and in this company sales people are treating like itler . And appraisals are very bad but one good thing is in covid - 19 they give salary .

There is lot of political in this company Environmental, culture, policies, sales people treating way, basic needs, and Infrastructure, career growth is very slow
