I recently joined here and I'm currently at the head office. It's truly commendable that the banks offer free lunch and snacks to their staff. That's no small feat! The commitment to corporate social responsibility at 5% is also highly valued. I'm really enjoying my time here!

...ve the bank could consider standardizing salaries in based upon to market value. Currently, the alignment of designation, experience, and salary seems off. If you could take a look at this, I would appreciate it.

There is lot of political in this company Environmental, culture, policies, sales people treating way, basic needs, and Infrastructure, career growth is very slow

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary and career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
