...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Salary deduction when you present, every day talk to resignation or transfer . Only 1200 petrol convence after achieve sales target.for sales person . Or ops staff getting 3000 for petrol allownce.. no power for sales person to serve his customer

Equitas small finance bank is working with rural branch role of Business developement officer good team work supporting to sales my team good support so my location of village area in customer most my relation so selling the product is very easy so we also good travel to this bank.

Dislike in this company culture and compensation Is decent but grow is slow work pressure is very high. Have attend to client call in evening sometimes late into night manager some value do not an individual.
