Employee are not supporting our organisation he fors to me resign a job at 2 month I have no salary credit at my notice period time sarve staff issue he not submitted to my attendance to hr thank you

it was good work environment and culture . some of team managers are very supportive and they became well wisher for upcoming employees

salary is very low and career growth is very low . incentive slap was not good for upcoming fresher .target is very much high compared to salary
