The work culture is great. As a startup, there is a lot of scope to grow in the company. The learning curve here has been great. All team members try to help each other. The founder ensures that everyone in the team is learning and working on new things.

Being a startup, it has provided us with developing in various areas of our job role. We are not confined within boundaries and hence we get to develop ourselves by wearing multiple hats. As far as the company culture concerned, the team is developing a culture of inclusiveness, innovation and collaboration. Being a female team member also I have never been worried about my work environment and safety. All the team members are very supportive.

Due to it being a startup, at times the working hours get extended which lead to compromise in our personal lives, but we understand the importance of this crucial phase of our startup and are willing to do so since the growth of our startup will be directly proportional to our personal growth, development and success.

Equip9 provides an excellent platform for individuals looking to kickstart their careers .Th opportunities for learning and development are abundant , and the supportive culture encourages employees to strive for excellence . Its a place where Hard Work is recognized , Creativity is encouraged and success is celebrated.
