Salary was good and got opportunity for promotion too

Dislikes

Layoff phase was pathetic, very very poor decisions by management. Gave only basic pay at the time of exit. 3 layoff phase in schedule of 2 months and after that Management told the remaining employees that there will be no layoff and bamm next month the remaining employees where told to leave. No job Security at all, i won't recommend to join the company.

Only good for the underwriters.

Dislikes

...part of it. When HR head was in town he didn't even care to meet face to face. One more thing is Discrimination in salary,when two people are working in the same department,doing same work they didn't even get the same salary.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
