- they give insurance to parents as well - If you are a fresher you will get higher package compared to who are working in this company with more experince 😁, also nice package they will offer while you join - All of the peoples are nice except management

- Management is a Big Zero - If your client side USA, you may need to wait till night to get your PR got merged, we cannot spend time with our families after work - Skill Development - There won't be any skill development, you have to follow what you're prject following (If it is old tech using then you also will be in it, no escape) , If you want make your career better, then there are several ways :🚶‍♂️‍➡️ - Hikes and Compensations: While many expect prodcut based companies to provide stronger annual hikes, the trend here has been the opposite, Service based companies sometimes offer higher rises , creating a noticebale contrast for employess familiar with that structure,especially when entry level packages might seem more competitive than those offered to experienced team members. - Workload and Worklife Balance : With a high focus on product deliverables,workload and deadlines can become demanding, often impacting work-life balance for team members - As usual product based comapnies don't have job security even if they assure there a job security - Notice perios Gap is too long in this company -Team Building Activities - there is an intent to encourage the team building activities in this firm.but they won't gave budget for that🤣, like they give empty gun and asking us to shoot

Work life balance: was very good. But recently shifting to banking culture.

Dislikes

Salary benefits: Expect no more than 5% year on year. Promotions: Yes. But be ready for increase in responsibilities without any hike. If you are given a lollipop, remember to ask in writing as they will never stand with their words. Job Security: Recent layoffs include MD, VPs, AVP, etc. Frequent layoffs for cost cutting are common. Several new hires were asked to leave within 6 months of joining. Not because of performance, but due to change in plans. Skill Development: Very basic products as compared to market with no vision. Company culture: Pathetic. People often fight on the calls.

No point in liking this company at all and not recommending to others as well.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, very bad work culture and no process they are following ,role responsibilities not defined .Manager (Indian, working from US) used to shout so badly in front of all in all meetings with out giving proper support or not trying to understand the problems which team is facing. Verbal abuses, harassment, threats ,putting blames unnecessarily are like casual things in all meetings. Need to work in both normal shift hours and as well in their timing as well.
