...re very less. And until something disaster happen the Job is safe in your hands. Just imagine when COVID came and for many employees were terminated, upholded their salary, marked to bench.

...ase Don’t join to IT. * No job Security, Job security is 0 * Worst Management * No salaries ( If your salary is more compare to others the company will terminate you or start to give torcher to leave the company ) * Please don’t join, If you join here you will forget your skills. * No mobile phone allowed. * you have to work on weekends and Continues Night shifts, no allowances and no other advantages

This company never delayed to pay salary, ESI coverage also very good, Training process is too good. they taking care of their employees needs. Everything is so good in this company.I love to work here.

The company yet to improve the corporate cultures via employee high handedness, develop the work balance where self- monitoring capabilities to be improved over the employees (rather than sticking old modeled work hours/tracking apps) which would improve the employee engagement even better by fixing certain responsives.
