They hire only on contract basis as consultant for duration of project. Salary is paid only after client pays. Management does not bother about remobilising resources to any other project. There is no scope for learning or skill development.

If no job then come and stay here and take food free of cost, but don't ask for salary. As long as you can withstand without salary you can continue.

Poor work culture, internal politics, no growth on professional level, no salary growth. Worst management skills applied by authorities at Kolkata office to handle projects and employees. Unprofessional behavior of management, specially towards employees.
