Everything is terrible. No salary, but so much hard work with no respect. Managers and founders give no respect to employees and behave horrible.

I Strongly advise against joining this company based on my previous experince the work life balance is terrible , they will call you for work even when you're on leave, Having worked over 3+ companies before i've never had such a terrible or worst experience, They misrepresent your salary, if they say your salary is 6 LPA they will deduct over 15,000 rupees monthly claiming its for gratuity , taxes ..etc, Senior employees don;t help or even respect juniors and i think its because they dont have enough knowledge or experience . Management manipulates employees by using them for 4-6 months and then laying them off especially if they ask for a salary hike, To put it simp[y hardworking employees are let Go , while those who pretend to work and roam around are paid well . And lastly there is a person who is working in US Dallas Branch ,She is product manager her work is simply scolding every one everyday its because she have zero knowledge on product that's why the EZflow or epsoft AI Agents is a FAILURE

Nothing to like such a worst company I ever worked please don't join in this company after seeing this reviews as fresher please don't join they will torcher you like anything no weekend no holiday 24/7 working they will ask

My Team and Management

Dislikes

Middle level layer is not experienced in the respective area which they are handling. Top level and bottom level are clear on their job role but middle layer to save their job they are cooking up by projecting expectations which is not practically not possible in EPSoft. With their experience they would have got success in other company but EPSoft it will not work. Top management is very clear where the company wanted to be. My opinion.

The management is very rude, there are many politics inside the different teams and they will no treat us like a person. Some leaders are good but some leaders are very bad. Some employees has very abusing nature and had flirting other woman employes
