Worst company ever. One of the most glaring issue is it's salary. Not only salaries consistently delayed but they were also significantly lower than industry standards. They didn't have funds so they delay employees salary. They didn't not give your deposit and salary even after bond is completed or resign from the company. Career growth is not there. Job security is not there. Not provide training for freshers. They even not provide coffee for you. No activities are conducted. Worst company ever. Constantly getting disappointment and frustration. If you want to join company then think on your decision it's your decision. It will affect on mental health. Even if you are fresher still don't join the company they will use you but not participate your performance and not provide good salary.

The company is open to learn any technology used in project.

No training provided for new joiner. salary will be credited to your account after 15 days. no cab facility provided even you work for late night.there is very bad political environment in company

there is nothing to like abt this company..worst as much as u can think.

No work culture , no policy , Salary never be on time. Salary deduction will be on time for sure. If anyone destroy their career go n join this company..nothing is there in this company. You can ask any of the employee of this company u will get negative feedback only.Company demands for over time without paying extra money.sometimes till mid night we used to do work there..and after giving precious time more than 120 employee have been fired. No job security is there.

He has not given salary of his ex-employees and current employees for about 4-5 months. Always hold the salaries, not given salaries on time. So if people are ready to social service then join the EPPS.

...Home given after employees went on leave due to deteriorating situation in Pune. Salary for March is credited in July. Management is going through tough times eventually making the employees suffer. All work and no pay.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike. Welcoming environment with competitive and friendly colleagues. Except for the management. You can never predict what changes in policies will be implemented next as they keep on changing month after month. Same goes for payment of salaries. there is no proper guidance for Product Management department. The transition from Project to Product based company is still not in sight, although I had started working for this vision statement.
