The employee who sticks with Episource does get less salary than others who are hired for same role.. You will get promotions quickly as per the requirement but monetary growth is very very slow.

...y Karma's. This is totally unfair. Also bond procedures for CPC is really worst. U can get it CPC maximum 50k but if you did your certification from company then you have to pay 90k when you are relieving. Totally waste system especially for bond procedures.

...nother chance is given. the trainers do not teach u properly during training . They directly fire the employees and not even giving the salary of days you have worked. The company doesn't even care about you no facilities are being provided. HR does not tell about these exam during interview and selection process. later will not respond to ur calls and mails. I request all the freshers and job seekers plz do not join episource plz find any other company or job. plz dont leave ur current job and join episource
