Whenever I joined MFL, at that time 20 MW project going on.. so i learnt a lot in short period n after 1.5 yrs of service (including 1 yr of GET) I am able to handle any emergency. My Sr. VP and manager were helped me to some extend in gaining all this

...ome political atmosphere and they distinguished between male n female employees. Another 1 thing that I don't like most is low pay scale. They want an engineer in the pay of apprentice.

Working culture of employees which is related to operation and also like team work to solve troubleshooting in plant. I would like to appreciate Our production head also who has a good leadership.

To develop safety culture but it is one the way to improve safety culture in plants. Also need to Improve management.

Employee bond for 3 years even after you have 10+ years of experience. No 5 days even no alternate satday Sunday off. Not good culture and not employee friendly culture and no one willing to change the culture. Bond and all is not at all accepted. Rather company should more focus towards changes and employees benefit and make a good culture so employees can stay by heart. Force to stay iwth bond is not a solution in this growing world.
