...r growth, old products, incompetent Indian management (US team is quite good). Too much disparity in salary among same experience people. 2021-2022 attrition is sky high. Favoritism, Managers & directors are decision makers there is no role of HRs and policies. Sometimes Managers encourages to put down papers, although it's a good thing but this gives anyone idea how awesome management is.

...nt Bangalore, and somehow my new organization agreed to extend the joining date. Poor job security, only good thing is few WFH and decent fixed salary.

...nd have a feeling that you are incompetent, then this is the best place for you. If you are someone who wants to do some job to just pay bills, then this is the company for you. If you want to have a good time with your family along with a job, this is the best company. If you want to moonlight, then this is the best company.

... Micromanagement to another level where it becomes suffocating for an employee . Everything is prorated(salary hike,bonus) in case if someone goes on maternity/LOP leave. Overall worst company to work for.

Amazing work life balance. No micro-management. Would reccomend to anyone who's looking for settling down for long term in a company.

Pay and appraisal could've been better. Doesn't have full remote option.
