All the decisions are taken from foreign teams. Some India team managers have no knowledge technology on which their teams work. Managers do not provide timely and correct feedback to you. You can be fired any time suddenly without proper reason.

...nd have a feeling that you are incompetent, then this is the best place for you. If you are someone who wants to do some job to just pay bills, then this is the company for you. If you want to have a good time with your family along with a job, this is the best company. If you want to moonlight, then this is the best company.

... Micromanagement to another level where it becomes suffocating for an employee . Everything is prorated(salary hike,bonus) in case if someone goes on maternity/LOP leave. Overall worst company to work for.

Salary comes on time. Sports event will be happening but for that there won't be any seperate leave Annual event will be done at some 5 star resorts.

Dislikes

If you are under good manager then your work life balance will be really good otherwise your life will become hell. If raise some red flag also nobodywill listen from here management
