... Micromanagement to another level where it becomes suffocating for an employee . Everything is prorated(salary hike,bonus) in case if someone goes on maternity/LOP leave. Overall worst company to work for.

Salary comes on time. Sports event will be happening but for that there won't be any seperate leave Annual event will be done at some 5 star resorts.

...ter to resign. It's simple like that. Please do not join eclipse inventory team. You may earn less salary outside but you will grow there..here nothing only tension. Work wise - easy. Culture wise - complex
