Learning opportunity was good from seniors also also joint working with inhouse departments of Epicons Consultant Pvt. Ltd. Meeting & discussion about allowed projects with clients and visiting to various premises and locations.

Dislikes

That job is better for bachelor life and those are staying in mumbai with their parents after marriage.

It was my first job and I didn't like anything such, the working environment for other department was good.

Dislikes

Too much politics and favoritism, if say do hanji hanji with your respective bosses that will help you to get the promotions. There are 70% female employees and they are more interested in gossiping other than working. The department secretary Mrs. Geetanjali behaves likes she is the HOD of the department.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
