I've worked almost 3 years. There is lot of Politics. They dont approve any week offs. Management is Worst. Lots of partiality. Theif company. No week offs + no job security. No career, no growth. Worst company ever their is no option for 0 star this company deserve that. Tl's were Unprofessional. HR will never gonna resolve any kind of issue.

...ent is not supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not good, appraisals are poor and they don't give salary as per the hard work and tenurity.

So, there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is too less as per your working years and growth is slow. Sometimes they force us to sit extra hours for ot and for targets.

1. Staff Managements are not proper. 2. Pick & Drop facilities are really bad. 3. Compensation is Decent but Growth is slow. 4. Work Pressure is very high. 5. No proper training to freshers

...evn if ur not at fault if can't afford ur package and hire 2 ppl in ur package.. too much cost cutting and lot of politics.. management sucks to d core.. dey need a** licking ppl.. too unprofessional.. u send emails and the CEO/ Owner will also not bother to revet to ur emails.. don't work for this company.. if u wanna make ur career den dis is jst not the rite place..
