...evn if ur not at fault if can't afford ur package and hire 2 ppl in ur package.. too much cost cutting and lot of politics.. management sucks to d core.. dey need a** licking ppl.. too unprofessional.. u send emails and the CEO/ Owner will also not bother to revet to ur emails.. don't work for this company.. if u wanna make ur career den dis is jst not the rite place..
Low salary and annual increament also not more than 3% . Shift timings is more then 10 hour's but you will get payment for 9 hour's No Diwali bonus, No any government holiday your PL CL will collapse but no any extra money for that
nothing seems to be good for most of the employees including me.

4. Salary - Even after tirelessly working and giving my precious 10-12 hours per day, all I get is 13k salary. I over achieve from my daily targets, but sadly no compensation, no monetary benefits, no appreciation is given at all.
Lastly, epicenter looks at employees just as mere tools to get their work done and not human!
I would strongly suggest to not join this company as it will affect your mental & physical health.

...ander areas. They call it an english call center where english is barely spoken. Even after they kick you off from the job they (hr team) keep calling you for an interview for a post and salary lower then what you were there earlier. Imagine a TL or QA is being called for an interview as Customer service advisor. When speaking about salary and pay package they are not ready to spend more on qualified and experienced members or candidates. Their HR records are not maintained properly and any feedback given to them looks like its just ignored. Worked for a domestic process there and they only had 1 week off so was very stressfull to manage home and work together.
