There is no job security. They are busy sacking people & hiring higher mangers. They called people to office in a bus where people were not maintaining social distancing. The Admin Head made people remove their mask & pose for pictures.

Dislikes

There are a lot of politics & the management doesn’t address anyone’s issues. There is no learning in whatever department you work. Whatever The management says you just have to follow like you’re brainless, if you voice your opinion or raise a concern the Head of HR sends you Termination mail.

Epic Television Networks Pvt. Ltd. Now so called IN10 Media Pvt. Ltd. is a worst management environment to work with. Really a terrible place where you have no security of your job even before covid times. If u r not liked by any superior u can be just fired on ego issues. No growth for hardworking personals. Superiors are just conscious about there ego and hardworking people just suffer or search for another job.
