There is nothing to like apart from compensation paid

You have to be in a project to get complete salary else you will get paid only base salary. Agressive hiring doesn’t matter if they have the projects or project will exist for long run. So they fire candidate's sighting silly reasons if there are no projects no matter if you have joined 2 months back only. The kind of projects they have the skills expectations are too high I have seen people couldn’t land project for months and they were thrown out forcibly. List is big won’t stop here. Overall a Career Destroying company with poor higher management.

They Provide Good salary and bench period, but your bench period is subject to your salary, if you have high salary, manager will come and remove you for just 1 project interview also. If you are asked to leave the company, they'll pay you a 2 months of termination bonus or will ask you to serve 2 month notice period while being with the organization.

...g that resource from doing their work and that answer literally made me stunned. One more bonus for you: The managers and TLs openly talk about the salary part when you complain them about the overwhelming work load, they will simply say we paid you more because we want you to outperform. In any organization I worked I have never seen anybody talk about pay, here the TL and manager talked about it on numerous meetings, and I swear I did not lie about anything I mentioned above. Oh I forgot to mention, in the starting of the project, my TL did not even know how agile works and what agile is, that ***, assigned stories to me which were of (actual)15 story points , meaning one story point is 8 hours for us, but his inability to identify complexities and split the story into smaller parts costed me big time, I always spoke to him about it, this did not happen just once, and to establish dependency, he would not even help me, he will say he will help, but he won't even answer the call, the reality of my TL for you!

-Short term projects -Annual appraisals are not aligned with employee performance -Once we come out from project, again we have to prepare and give interviews to get another project and client interviews are not that easy to crack -For experienced people like 8+ there will be hell lot of expectations and we have to contribute to Epam as well Client with this we lose work life balance. So for experienced people its a challenging company where you have to be very compete and proactive to survive

... things before joining EPAM.They are trapping people for thier business purpose. Interview process has only 2 rounds, even though u r not done well, they will offer you good package. Actual game starts after joining.They are hiring for bench.Recruiter or HR don't disclose below things before joining. They will say like training will be given. It is not training , they will give a big assignment and you have to clear 4 internal rounds of evaluation just to get project interview opportunity. Micromanagement at peak level. your assignment study level tracked by many mentors, Each day need to update which lesson u studied and what topic next. Minimum 3 weeks time will be given. once done mentor will take interview , like this you have to clear 3 levels of interviews. Then they will give opportunity for project interview. Mentor will keep rejecting if he is not satisfied. You will be sent home if not able to clear these 4 rounds..Please be careful before joining. don't get trapped by seeing their offer. They just playing with our career. This is applicable for all skills. Advice to Management : Please evaluate the candidate before releasing offer letter. Employee will expect client round after joining any organization. None of the organization following this policy for sure not even for freshers.

The pay structure is all fixed, there are no variables. Appraisals are satisfactory most of the times. Work Life balance is good. Managers are mostly good.

Frequently changing systems, processes and policies. You have two managers, RM and Project Delivery Manager, which usually feels kind of confusing.
