Well, I like their Compensation part which is for sure one of the best and some folks from EPAM (Outside India) , emphasis on Outside India part , they were good.

Dislikes

Poor management, Pushing an employee to a corner You can forget your F&F because they won't reply as for the past two months from my LWD, I have been trying to get it but their payroll team can't seem to do math properly for some reason. To be honest, I would not recommend it to anyone.

Only good thing is compensation that too will not give much satisfaction after appraisal.

Bad management, they say they are employee friendly but I escalated my project lead and they listened to her instead of me. They said the surveys are confidential but after submitting the survey I get call from project lead asking why I gave bad reviews. The work environment is toxic and they made my life hell but I had no option hence continued. Half of the employees with “Lead” designation don’t have any clue on the work. Favoritism, politics is everything. The developers are hired on high package but don’t know sh!t, most of the technical work is done by BAs only.

Pathetic company to work. all the projects are for 3 months and 6 months. no Job security. Before Joining asked people manager. He said many projects available in banking. but post joining I came to know 0 banking projects. No proper management. No body cares about you. Think more before joining here.

1. Hire and fire company 2. Only bootpolishers can survive 3. One way communication 4. No proper process. for rating. Manager rates as he feels. No questions will be entertained

-Fixed Salary -Good health insurance -Good client base -For tech enthusiasts it's a great place as there are lot of learning platforms and so many hackathons and code events

Dislikes

-Short term projects -Annual appraisals are not aligned with employee performance -Once we come out from project, again we have to prepare and give interviews to get another project and client interviews are not that easy to crack -For experienced people like 8+ there will be hell lot of expectations and we have to contribute to Epam as well Client with this we lose work life balance. So for experienced people its a challenging company where you have to be very compete and proactive to survive
