... things before joining EPAM.They are trapping people for thier business purpose. Interview process has only 2 rounds, even though u r not done well, they will offer you good package. Actual game starts after joining.They are hiring for bench.Recruiter or HR don't disclose below things before joining. They will say like training will be given. It is not training , they will give a big assignment and you have to clear 4 internal rounds of evaluation just to get project interview opportunity. Micromanagement at peak level. your assignment study level tracked by many mentors, Each day need to update which lesson u studied and what topic next. Minimum 3 weeks time will be given. once done mentor will take interview , like this you have to clear 3 levels of interviews. Then they will give opportunity for project interview. Mentor will keep rejecting if he is not satisfied. You will be sent home if not able to clear these 4 rounds..Please be careful before joining. don't get trapped by seeing their offer. They just playing with our career. This is applicable for all skills. Advice to Management : Please evaluate the candidate before releasing offer letter. Employee will expect client round after joining any organization. None of the organization following this policy for sure not even for freshers.

- Anytime promotion based on assessment, it has pros and cons. PROS: You can apply anytime. CONS: Even if you do it good in project yet you need to appear in assessment and clear it. - Good appraisals - Health Insurance is competitive to product org or even better - Good tax saving options

- You won't feel engaged to organization as there is no much engagement with company except salary. You will be all the time working for client closely. - No outing or engagement activities in person - Leaves are less compared to other companies

They are providing good pay that’s it.

Dislikes

There us no work life balance. They are firing candidates without providing client interviews. If candidates not clearing 3 interviews they are treating them as not knowledgeable. Management is toooooo bad. Don’t go for it by looking into numbers.

No Projects, they will take take thorough interview of you, pay you good but will keep you in pool, if there is no project they will ask you to put the resignation
